Job summary

The National Ability Center in Park City, Utah is seeking an Associate Program Director to lead program teams and advance adaptive recreation. This full-time role requires overseeing multiple departments, guiding strategy, and ensuring mission-aligned operations across two Park City sites and a Moab satellite location.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, develop partnerships, and drive program growth while maintaining a focus on safety and inclusivity for all participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years management in adaptive recreation/outdoor programs.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass background checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 4-6 program departments and managers.
• Develop department goals, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing and external partners on strategy.
• Ensure safety, quality, and growth of programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship across staff levels.
