Job summary

Move United is looking for a dynamic Executive Director to lead its adaptive outdoor recreation efforts in Logan, Utah. This role focuses on providing strategic and operational leadership towards empowering individuals with disabilities through outdoor activities. The Executive Director will manage programs, drive fundraising efforts of ~$550,000 annually, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Candidates should have strong leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a passion for nonprofit work, especially in outdoor recreation and adaptive sports.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience including staff supervision.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and financial management.
• Experience in nonprofit leadership, development, or adaptive sports is preferred.
