Job summary

This on-site role requires collaboration across Planning, Sourcing, Marketing and other teams to drive product launches and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate has a fashion-focused degree and 3+ years of merchandising experience, with strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of retail metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of consumer/brand trends.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandising team in achieving sales, margin, and inventory goals.
• Analyze business performance, sales trends, and market insights to inform decisions.
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports.
• Maintain assortment plans, receipts, sample tracking, and data accuracy.
• Assist with product lifecycle processes and prep materials for meetings.
• Research competitors, market trends, pricing, and assortments.
• Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Marketing, and cross-functional teams for launches.
• Build strong relationships with partners and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate merchandising updates and critical information across stakeholders.
