We are growing and looking for a full-time Associate Merchandiser!
Please note: this is an on-site position in Midtown Manhattan where we work in office 5 days/week!
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising team in achieving departmental sales, margin, and inventory goals
- Analyze business performance, sales trends, and market insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports
- Maintain assortment plans, update receipts, manage sample tracking, and ensure data accuracy across merchandising systems
- Assist with product lifecycle processes and prepare materials for key business meetings, including investment reviews and hindsight analyses
- Research competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and product assortments to inform merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives
- Build strong relationships with business partners and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment
- Ensure timely communication of merchandising updates and critical information across stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of merchandising experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of retail metrics and business performance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management abilities
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of consumer and brand trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow

Target compensation for this role starts at $60k dependent on experience
