Responsibilities

• Caseload ownership from intake through trial or settlement within 12–18 months.
• Draft motions, briefs, demand letters, and client correspondence daily.
• Gain courtroom exposure in PA Common Pleas, WD Pa, and potential appeals.
• Engage in business development activities and client networking as a junior attorney.
