Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for River Pointe Apartments in Mishawaka, IN. This full-time, on-site position supports the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, shows apartments, processes renewals, and helps maximize occupancy and revenue.

We offer a pay range of $19.00-$22.00 per hour plus a robust renewal commission structure, 401k with match, training, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and holidays. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills; YARDI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Property Manager with on-site operations.
• Maximizes tenant renewals and occupancy; commissions apply.
• Maintains resident relations program.
• Leases apartments when the leasing agent is unavailable.
• Supports marketing to keep property current and effective.
