Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating with the lead PM on critical path activities, preparing project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and communicating with stakeholders while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a field supervisory position.
• Basic knowledge of Data Systems or Physical Security Systems; BICSI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the lead PM on critical path activities and prepare required documentation for approval.
• Assist with project coordination including plans & specs, budgeting, job cost entry, scheduling, and meeting attendance.
• Monitor productivity and assist with job cost projections and contract interpretation; ensure all duties comply with policies and safety standards.
• Communicate operational information to the lead PM and other managers for a clear understanding of project operations.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the lead PM to ensure complete and accurate job duties.
• Maintain professional communication with Alterman personnel and clients as directed.
