Job summary

Cumming Group in New Haven, CT is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Program & Project Management team focused on higher education projects. This on-site role involves working with consultants, preparing deliverables, and tracking budgets and schedules across design and construction phases.

You will leverage Procore and Microsoft Office to analyze data, review contract drawings, and support client communications.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
2+ years' of construction project management with experience on higher education projects is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledgeable in Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

Analyze data from consultants and prepare client deliverables for review.
Review project specifications and contract drawings to ensure alignment with scope.
Support master budgets and schedules across design and construction phases.
Prepare weekly progress reports with photo documentation.
Assist with monthly project reports and client communications.
