Job summary

The APM will manage day-to-day activities and assist Project Managers with financial outcomes and reporting, ensuring projects proceed within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction industry.
• Must be able to work in a field construction environment including walking in rough terrain.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours a week and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Project activities under supervision of the Project Manager.
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports detailing the status of the Project.
• Solicit and obtain bids from subcontractors and material suppliers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or Civil Engineering
