Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join their Field Operations team, focusing on fast-track commercial construction projects across the Southeast region. The APM will support various phases of construction from conceptual development to project completion. Applicants should have a relevant degree and substantial construction experience. Competitive pay ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, with additional benefits including vehicle allowance and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of work experience in the construction industry or equivalent experience preferred.
• One or more years' experience as a Project Engineer required.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all assigned activities and phases of a commercial construction project.
• Organize, plan, direct, schedule, coordinate, and monitor processes.
• Assist the PM on larger projects or be responsible for a single, small to medium project.
