JRP-Atlanta LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our award-winning commercial interior contracting team. You will support project managers to deliver on-time, on-budget interiors across corporate, healthcare, and higher-education sectors.

Responsibilities include assisting with pre-construction packages, budget tracking, meetings, schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Qualifications

2-5 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor
Strong understanding of project management in the construction industry
Proficiency in project software CMiC, ProCore, Bluebeam, Adobe, TimberScan, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to teamwork

Responsibilities

Support the pre-construction process by preparing RFP packages
Assist in budget management, tracking expenses, and maintaining project documentation
Organize and document project meetings, ensuring seamless communication
Monitor project milestones and generate progress reports
Work with subcontractors on pay applications and change orders
Update and communicate project schedules to keep everything on track
Identify potential risks and provide proactive solutions
Partner with the superintendent and project team to drive project success
Assist in managing the closeout process for seamless project completion
