• 2- or 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture or Building Construction.
• Strong organiser with planning and analytical skills.
• Confident written and verbal communicator with project teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day management, coordination and delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor and vendor scopes, change orders, project accounting, cost tracking and maintaining accurate project records.
• Coordinate project teams, schedules, submittals, meetings, field reviews and quality control, ensuring clear communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Provide hands-on project administration and problem-solving support, including site visits to review progress and requirements.
