Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager at Groves of Lawrenceville, a 322-unit apartment community in Lawrenceville, GA. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, maintain occupancy, and help meet financial goals while delivering outstanding resident service.

This on-site role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, flexibility to work evenings or weekends, and the ability to build positive relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
