The role requires 1-2 years of property management experience, with Section 8/Section 42 or market-rate knowledge preferred, and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. Our team offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8/Section 42 and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
