Job summary

Dominium seeks a Multi-Site Community Manager for Groves of Lawrenceville I & II in Lawrenceville, GA. You will oversee operations, staffing, budgeting, and resident relations across two communities totaling 322 units, ensuring high occupancy and compliant performance.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with HR and corporate staff, and drive customer service, maintenance, and financial processes to meet performance targets and protect property value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations and oversees on-site staff and contractors.
• Monitors occupancy goals, renewals, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Coordinates hiring, training, and performance reviews with HR.
• Manages resident relations, retention programs, and complaint resolution.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and housing program requirements.
• Reviews move-ins/outs, rents, and collections; ensures accurate records.
