Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Multi-Site Manager at Groves of Lawrenceville I and II in Lawrenceville, GA. The role oversees two apartment communities with 322 units, leading on-site operations and maintaining strong resident relations.

The position requires leadership, budgeting, and compliance experience in multifamily housing, with responsibilities spanning staff supervision, occupancy goals, and strong communication with residents and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM) or similar designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; second language a plus.
• Reliable with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property or properties and maintain occupancy goals.
• Hire, supervise and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and manage budgets.
• Coordinate resident relations, renewals and retention programs.
• Oversee purchasing, accounting directives and adherence to budgets.
• Collect rent and manage evictions per policy; ensure accurate records.
• Oversee move-ins/outs, inspections and chargebacks; ensure property cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and applicable laws; audit readiness.
