Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assembly Manager in Minneapolis, MN to lead day-to-day assembly and distribution operations in a growing industrial facility. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive performance, implement new technologies, and ensure timely customer deliveries during a period of transformational change.

You will manage a small team, improve processes, and partner with sales, service, and leadership to scale the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing/industrial operations.
• Proven track record driving process improvements or system implementations.
• ERP experience required; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly, warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Manage and develop a small operations team while maintaining accountability and engagement.
• Drive inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support implementation and optimization of ERP and technology platforms.
• Establish and improve standard operating procedures.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and operational leadership.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and customer delivery expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation.
• Assist with training, coaching, and succession planning efforts.
