Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Construction Manager for Fab 62 at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. You will oversee direct reports, lead interdisciplinary teams, review plans for costs and constructability, and drive safe, on-time execution on a cutting-edge facility.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience (14–17 years acceptable). You will coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping work, manage area lookaheads and schedules, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10–13 years of relevant experience.
Alternatively 14–17 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee jobsite operations including Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
Establish construction schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
Control jobsite expenditures within budget for labor, equipment, material and services.
Supervise personnel within area of responsibility.
Maintain relationships with the client and their representatives.
Ensure compliance with safety codes and QA/QC standards.
Participate in scheduled safety meetings.
Provide back-up support to Field Superintendent/Construction Manager.
Support corporate policies and procedures implementation.
