Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. Mojave, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Finance team on-site. You will prepare, process, and maintain daily customer pricing for AR, reconcile AR GL accounts, and respond to quotations with pricing information.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Accounting or related field and 2–3 years of AR and GL experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential to interact with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Experience with AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain daily customer pricing for Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile AR general ledger accounts, ensuring monthly activity is complete.
• Respond to internal and external requests for quotations by providing pricing information.
• Analyze accounting records, reports, and systems and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to resolve billing issues and support collections.
• Process and post daily AR Sales Order transactions.
• Provide guidance on accounting policies, procedures, and financial information.
• Share accounting knowledge with division and plant personnel.
