Responsibilities

• Weekly billing of therapy claims to carriers and Medicare.
• Research and resolve payer issues.
• Post weekly payments into Net Health.
• Collect deductibles, coinsurance and copays from patients.
• Assist with credentialing of therapists when needed.
• Coordinate with program Director on customer service issues.
