Job summary

Clinical Professional Connections is seeking a qualified administrative professional in Tampa, FL to handle guest services, administration, and medical billing tasks. The role requires a Medical Billing Certification, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office and TherapyNotes EMR.

On-site in a four-day work week, with potential for five days and health benefits. The ideal candidate will greet patients professionally, manage communications, and support scheduling while processing

Qualifications

• Medical Billing Certification (REQUIRED) using TherapyNotes EMR.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable, professional, courteous and patient.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Able to work 4-day work week.
• MUST BE on SITE for 4 days a week or possibly 5.

Responsibilities

• Guest services – Welcome patients who arrive at the office, answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.
• Administration – Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies and packages. Distribute items to mailboxes and offices as requested. File and keep good records. Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed. Maintain an organized filing system. Manage a schedule for those needing support and schedule appointments as required.
• Medical Billing/Authorizations - Prepare medical billing claims to insurance company and do authorizations
