Job summary

Newrez is hiring an Appraisal Coordinator - eStreet to support day-to-day operations in the Corporate Appraisal Department. You will oversee orders across Direct-to-Consumer, Retail, and TPO channels and ensure compliance while collaborating with Underwriting, Processing, and Production teams.

This on-site role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with appraisers and internal stakeholders to maintain timely completion and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Appraisal Order Management: Manage and prioritize a designated region of appraisal orders and monitor workflow in LOS.
• Reporting & Tracking: Create and maintain reports to monitor appraisal pipelines and performance metrics.
• Client & Department Support: Assist clients with appraisal ordering processes and coordinate with appraisers and internal teams.
