Job summary

Newrez is seeking an Appraisal Coordinator - eStreet to support the Corporate Appraisal Department, overseeing orders and appraisals across multiple channels while ensuring compliance. You will coordinate with Underwriting, Processing, and Production to maintain workflow efficiency and timely resolutions with appraisers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of related experience, and preference for mortgage industry familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Appraisal Order Management: prioritize a region of appraisal orders, monitor LOS workflow, track assignments, ensure timely follow-up.
• Reporting & Tracking: create/maintain reports on pipelines and performance; identify delays; maintain documentation.
• Client & Department Support: assist clients with ordering processes; communicate with appraisers; collaborate with Underwriting, Processing, and Production to stay aligned.
