Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking an Appraisal Coordinator - eStreet to support day-to-day operations of the Corporate Appraisal Department. You will oversee orders across Direct-to-Consumer, Retail, and TPO channels, ensuring compliance requirements are met and collaborating with Underwriting, Processing, and Production teams to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a designated region of appraisal orders.
• Monitor and maintain workflow efficiency within the LOS.
• Track appraisal assignments from order date through final completion.
• Ensure timely follow-up and status updates throughout the appraisal lifecycle.
