Expect $16/hour base plus $50 per completed appointment, with paid weekly earnings and full company benefits. Full-time offers 40 hours/week with a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule; part-time offers 27.5 hours with 9:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound calling, appointment-setting, or outbound phone-sales experience
• Clear, confident phone voice and reliable work history
• Ability to start conversations, handle objections, and stay productive between live connections

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners who requested estate-planning information, all leads are warm
• Use our script, address objections, and book appointments for field reps
• Record call notes, follow up, and work toward weekly appointment goals
