CSC ServiceWorks, based in Washington, is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain washers, dryers, and related equipment at customer sites. You will work independently in the field, ensuring safety, quality, and timely service while meeting customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy appliances. Year-round work and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varied conditions.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair appliances (washers, dryers, air-vending machines) to manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative services.
• Provide professional customer service and guidance.
• Maintain service reports and update internal databases.
• Monitor inventory and order parts as needed.
• Follow safety protocols on electrical systems.
