Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair washers, dryers, and air-vending machines.
• Maintenance: perform routine preventive maintenance to extend appliance life.
• Customer Service: communicate with customers professionally and provide guidance on usage and care.
• Documentation: record service actions and update internal system with accuracy.
• Parts and Inventory Management: track parts and order as needed to complete jobs.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety protocols and protect customers' property and personnel.
