Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking a full-time Technical Designer in Beverly Hills, California. This role supports the development of apparel across multiple categories, ensuring fit, construction, and quality meet brand standards.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of technical design experience, strong garment construction knowledge, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Excel.

You must be based in or willing to commute to our office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical design experience in apparel across men’s, women’s, and/or children’s categories.
• Strong expertise in garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit development.
• Advanced ability to build detailed, production-ready tech packs including specs, construction details, BOMs, and callouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive tech packs and spec sheets.
• Own the fit process from first proto through TOP approval.
• Lead fit sessions, document feedback clearly, and issue corrections.
