Job summary

Westminster Canterbury in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance technician to care for interior and exterior conditions of our building and grounds, remodel vacated apartments, and support the Director of Maintenance with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete housekeeping, repairs, and work orders as assigned.
• Redevelop vacated apartments to like-new condition quickly for re-rental.
• Monitor facility for hazards and report issues to management.
• Assist Director with work orders and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Assist housekeeper/janitor to maintain best appearance of facility.
