• Redeocate vacated apartments to a like-new appearance for re-rental.
• Be alert to hazards and report issues to management promptly.
• Assist the Director with work orders and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Support the housekeeper/janitor to maintain a clean, neat facility.
