Qualifications

• Two years of property management, maintenance, customer service or related experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and staff.
• Experience coordinating leasing activities and property maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact for tenants and respond to questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Maintain professional communication with residents while enforcing lease terms and policies.
• Assist with leasing activities including unit showings and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Monitor unit and grounds condition and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and assist with inspections.
• Monitor security and report safety concerns promptly.
• Perform snow removal and lawn care duties as needed.
