The Morrow Companies is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Somerset Apartments in Youngsville, LA. Duties include maintaining exteriors and interiors, HVAC servicing, plumbing and electrical work, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, ability to perform general repairs, and the willingness to be on-call for emergency weekend service. On-site living stipend and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain physical upkeep of interior and exterior of buildings and fixtures.
• Perform heating, AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Repair windows, tiles, floors, walls and doors; service lawn equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy in a timely manner.
• Paint apartments as directed; assist with preventive maintenance program.
• Organize maintenance shop and inventory and support on-call emergencies.
