General Services Corporation (GSC) seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee on-site service operations, supervise the service team, and ensure safe, market-ready apartments. You will manage work orders, inspections, and budget reporting while coordinating vendor services to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented with resident satisfaction focus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff including technicians, carpenters, turnover coordinators, and pool attendants.
• Oversee on-site service operations, work orders, turnover, vehicles, equipment, and paper flow.
• Ensure timely completion of inspections and reports.
• Review and make recommendations on major equipment acquisitions.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers and vendor services to ensure move-in readiness.
• Manage vendor cost, coordination, and quality.
• Review purchase orders and budget reports; monitor budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HazCom, O&M plans, SDS, and safety programs.
