AIR Communities seeks an Apartment Maintenance Manager for the Anson at the Lakes in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a maintenance team, manage vendor relations, and ensure timely, high-quality service to residents.

This full-time role offers $80,000–$85,000 yearly, plus a 15% target bonus and monthly incentives, with on-site housing options and comprehensive benefits including PTO, insurance, 401(k), and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in property management.
• 1–3 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• English reading/writing/speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and staff.
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance (vendors, staff, PM, turns, requests).
• Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management for action.
• Ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Manage budget to maximize ROI while upholding quality.
