Job summary

LMS Investment Management in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee maintenance and repairs across our community. You will coordinate with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure timely service and uphold safety standards on site.

This role requires a strong maintenance background, reliability, and the ability to perform after-hours emergency work when needed. A valid driver’s license and certification are mandatory.

Qualifications

• CPO and EPA certification is required.
• Must have reliable vehicle and proof of liability insurance.
• Bondable with a valid driver’s license.
• The ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical work.
• Experience with building maintenance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff.
• Pre-inspect notice to vacate apartments and complete make-ready checklist.
• Inform Community Manager of needed services and repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance objectives with the Community Manager daily.
• Perform emergency maintenance after hours as required and per policy.
