National Aviation Services, LLC in Austin, Texas is seeking a Station Manager to oversee all on-site operations at AUS Airport. This full-time role requires leadership of cleaners, leads, and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with client standards.

You will manage training, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and reporting while maintaining strong relationships with clients and corporate staff. The position is on-site and offers a competitive salary.

Formación

• Three years of management experience or equivalent education.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a diverse team and manage operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage a team including cleaners, leads, and supervisors.
• Oversee training and ensure safety training Records.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and staff development.
• Maintain clear communication with Directors, Client Management and staff.
• Monitor productivity and compliance with standards; manage scheduling.
• Adhere to budget constraints and manage inventory of supplies.
• Ensure staff complete Airport ID and licenses within three days.
• Submit daily reports, timesheets, and documentation on time.
