Job summary

National Aviation Services is seeking a dependable Interior Aircraft Cleaner Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. You will assign tasks, ensure quality and safety, and provide leadership to a dedicated team.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, managing supplies, and training staff while maintaining compliance with FAA and airport requirements. This is a full-time on-site position at AUS.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain airport credentials and pass FAA background checks as required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license where required by authorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior aircraft cleaning operations at AUS Airport.
• Assign tasks to employees and inspect completed work for quality and safety.
• Issue supplies and equipment as needed and track inventory.
• Record employees’ hours and complete daily shift paperwork.
• Train and guide staff to ensure adherence to cleaning standards and procedures.
• Address workplace concerns and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
