Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related management experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and to promote high-quality work standards.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS).
• Experience with ADP payroll processing software, including timeclocks and timecard management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team including cleaners, leads, and supervisors.
• Oversee staff training and maintain training records.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Maintain clear communication with Directors, Management, Client Management, and Corporate Staff.
• Monitor productivity and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage daily schedules for cleaning and maintenance and keep records up-to-date.
• Adhere to budget constraints and use financial reports and tools.
• Ensure employees complete Airport ID and driving license training within three days of employment.
• Submit daily reports, timesheets, and task completion lists.
• Oversee inventory and orders for cleaning supplies and parts.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and security measures.
• Maintain knowledge of operations, including aircraft types, safety, scheduling, supplies and employee relations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
