Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide program emergency response management including maintaining keys for special medication.
• Act as response person for any incidents that occur during programs.
• Obtain daily list of absent students from Administrative Assistants.
• Take daily attendance for programs in PowerSchool.
• Manage and file daily sign out sheets from providers.
• Redirect parent and provider questions to Proyecto Thrive Coordinator.
• Develop meaningful relationships with students and providers.
• Ensure safety of students during after school cancellation procedures.
