Responsibilities
Provide program emergency response management including maintaining keys for special medication.
Act as response person for any incidents that occur during programs.
Obtain daily list of absent students from Administrative Assistants.
Take daily attendance for programs in PowerSchool.
Manage and file daily sign out sheets from providers.
Redirect parent and provider questions to Proyecto Thrive Coordinator.
Develop meaningful relationships with students and providers.
Ensure safety of students during after school cancellation procedures.
