Job summary

Summit School District Region 1 Silverthorne Elementary School in Silverthorne, CO, seeks a Proyecto Thrive Site Supervisor to manage after-school programs at a single elementary school. You will be the primary on-site contact for daily operations, ensuring student safety and effective communication with families and providers.

The role supports attendance tracking, emergency procedures, and a safe, respectful learning environment under the Proyecto Thrive Coordinator.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to become certified.
• Must pass a background check.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program emergency response management and maintain keys for special medication.
• Act as the response contact for incidents during programs and communicate with the coordinator.
• Obtain daily attendance and special notes from Administrative Assistants.
• Record daily attendance for programs in PowerSchool.
• Manage and file daily sign-out sheets from providers.
• Direct questions from parents and providers to the coordinator.
• Guide families to program providers as needed.
• Build strong relationships with students and providers.
• Support student behavior and needs as required.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment that respects cultural diversity.
• Participate in weekly check-ins with the coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned and needed.
• Follow all district cancellation procedures to ensure student safety.
