Job summary

Northpoint Recovery seeks an Admissions Representative to manage the patient admissions lifecycle at Northpoint Washington in Edmonds, WA. This full-time, on-site role drives census through inbound and outbound outreach, phone, email, and chats, coordinating with multiple departments to move leads toward admission.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality, with schedule Friday–Monday 10am–8pm PST and compensation $22–$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Experience handling admissions-related conversations and data entry.
• Ability to explain insurance benefits and payment options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Cover admissions phone line, online chats, and emails.
• Obtain and verify information needed for admission.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients and families.
• Consult with Admissions Supervisor and Clinical Team on admissions.
• Coordinate with referral sources and ensure records are complete.
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
