FirearmLand.com, part of MCM Retail Group, is hiring for a full-time, on-site role in our Jacksonville, FL office. You’ll be the voice for customers buying, selling, or consigning, handling inbound and outbound calls and turning questions into satisfied outcomes.

The job also includes light HR duties, weekly payroll processing, and assisting the COO with administrative tasks. If you stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail, and love firearms, this seat is for you.

Formación

• Significant experience engaging with customers or B2B contacts over phone, email, and other channels.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent questioning and listening.
• Attention to detail in payroll and customer records.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and execute at a high level.
• Calm under pressure handling a busy phone line and tasks.
• Experience dealing with difficult customers to reach resolution.
• Genuine interest in firearms; willingness to learn.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Jacksonville, FL, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, resolving questions about orders, transfers, offers, consignments, and account status.
• Make outbound calls to confirm details and keep transactions moving.
• De-escalate difficult conversations and find resolutions that protect relationships and the business.
• Communicate clearly across phone, email, and other channels; keep records current.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, and handle onboarding paperwork.
• Support the COO with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Manage multiple responsibilities at once without letting details slip.
