BUL Imports in Miami, FL is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to support dealers and customers across the US. You will handle emails, calls, order statuses, and general inquiries while coordinating gun service processes and RMAs.

This role requires native-level English, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple cases with a customer-first attitude. Background checks and familiarity with firearms preferred; on-site work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of firearms types, parts and terminology.
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.
• Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Background check required; must be 21+ and eligible to handle firearms.

• Track service cases from intake to completion and keep customers updated

• Work with the warehouse, service, and sales teams to solve issues

What we're looking for

• Native-level or fully fluent English, written and spoken
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general computer skills
• Basic knowledge of firearms (types, parts, terminology)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Organized, able to manage several cases at once
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to handle firearms (background check required)

Nice to have
