Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team in Hobart, Indiana. You will process, verify, and reconcile invoices to ensure timely, accurate payments. This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration with project managers.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mansioni

• Uses the SAP approval system to obtain approval to pay invoices; follows up on unapproved invoices
• Works with project managers on purchase order updates and payments schedules
• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities and scheduling checks
• Maintains vendor relationships and answers vendor inquiries
• Prepares and processes bi-weekly check runs and files checks
• Matches purchase orders to invoices and enters data
• Reconciles entries and verifies balances across reports
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers with accurate postings
• Verifies vendor accounts and assists with audits
