The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience, SAP proficiency, and strong communication, analytical, and detail-oriented capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile monthly statements.
• Assist with data collection for audits and internal reporting.
• Support bi-weekly check runs and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices, contracts, or payment schedules.
