Job summary

Kizuki International LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support day-to-day AP tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Redmond, WA. You will process invoices, manage vendor records, and assist with month-end close.

This role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. We offer competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour and a collaborative team focused on hospitality and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounts payable or related experience.
• High school diploma; accounting/finance coursework preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Enter and maintain invoice, payment, and vendor information in AP system.
• Prepare checks and electronic payments for approved invoices.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and questions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP transactions; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities and required reporting.
• Maintain organized AP records including invoices and payment docs.
• Assist in AP reporting, including aging and transaction summaries.
• Ensure AP transactions follow company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and other departments on issues.
• Assist with updating AP systems and documentation.
