Job summary

The Premiere Group is seeking an Accounting Manager for its Columbia, MO on-site office. You will oversee accounting and analysis across multiple entities including real estate, equipment rental, technology, construction, and home services.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining GAAP-compliant systems, preparing quarterly statements, and supporting audits. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience and a CPA or CPA-preferred with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years in finance or accounting.
• Managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed asset accounting for assigned entities.
• Lead financial due diligence on target companies.
• Direct month-end close and assist audits.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Controller and cross-functional teams.
