Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting department operations including AP, AR, project accounting, and GL.
• Lead and develop accounting team through performance reviews and career development.
• Provide training and mentorship to foster continuous learning and growth.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and journal entries.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements with BU leaders.
