Stivers in Saint Charles, MO is seeking an Accountant to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The role collaborates with management, sales, and operations to ensure accurate records in compliance with US GAAP, while driving process improvements.

You'll manage payments, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end procedures, with an on-site schedule Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis.
• 1–2 years of related accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Post customer payments to Accounts Receivable and process credit card payments.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Support expense reporting for sales and operations teams.
• Maintain internal controls and adhere to US GAAP.
• Collaborate with management across teams to improve processes.
