Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of accounting experience; internship counts toward experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, typing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on-site full time in West Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze accounting records, reports, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide costing support and perform financial analysis to assist operations.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; support asset accounting.
• Assist with budgets, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Support accounts payable and other general accounting tasks; ensure timely closing activities.
• Collaborate with local accounting team on daily tasks and compliance.
